Visit the Ourlife Weight Loss and Fitness Studio, where Certified Personal Trainers are on staff to serve and support you during your campaign to lose weight. Following an initial fitness assessment, we will start you on a program that will help you change the shape of your life.
- Each Ourlife Studio has a women’s fitness area: including a full hydraulic circuit, dumbells, foam rollers, resistance bands and a cardio-theater - all in a relaxing, spa-like environment.
