Once you have made the transition to a healthy, everyday diet you will find it much, much easier to keep the weight off going forward.

Maintaining your target weight begins with:

  • A final visit with your Nurse Practitioner will ensure that you are having no medical issues that might interfere with your ability to maintain your target weight.
  • A follow-up Fitness Evaluation will help measure the improvement you have made. At that time, your Personal Trainer can help you make any necessary adjustments in your fitness regimen.
  • A new REE. This will help determine your exact caloric needs, given all the pounds you’ve lost.
