Transitioning to a healthy diet for life:

Once you achieve your goal, your Ourlife Weight Loss & Fitness support team will help you learn how to keep the pounds off.

  • Your Registered Dietitian will help you incorporate other foods back into your diet.
  • Your Nurse Practitioner will discuss any medical questions or concerns you may have with your new transition program.
  • And your Certified Personal Trainer and/or Wellness Counselor will teach you a variety of techniques for maintaining your goal weight.
